Product Overview
The IGN400-PM Ignition Module is a CSA certified direct-spark safety device designed for precise flame detection through flame ionization technology. This advanced module senses both pilot and main burners with exceptional reliability, making it an ideal companion for all burner management systems and combustion safety controllers.
Designed for simplicity and efficiency, the IGN400-PM requires only one pilot ignitor rod for both spark generation and flame sensing. An optional second rod can be added for main burner flame monitoring. The module features real-time flame signal strength display and comprehensive LED indication for pilot, main, and flame fail status, providing operators with immediate visual feedback.
Compatible with the complete range of ZIRCO burner management systems including CSC400, CSC200, CSC5500, CSC5100, and CSC400-FD, as well as combustion safety controllers and flare stack/incinerator systems. The IGN400-PM delivers reliable ignition performance with the assurance of CSA certification (C22.2 No. 60730-2-5-2014, ANSI Z21.20-2014).
